Tail Up Goat Now Open on Street Level

Washington, DC, February 19, 2016– Perseus Realty has sold all of the luxury condominiums at its latest residential development, The Adamo, in the dynamic Adams Morgan neighborhood of Washington, DC. The building’s 8,000 square feet of street-level retail space has been leased to the recently opened restaurant, Tail Up Goat, and the first East Coast location for San Francisco-based Philz Coffee.

Inspired by the eclectic neighborhood, the lobby has an art gallery feel, including custom light fixtures and vibrant glass artwork by renowned local artist Mindy Weisel.

Unit finishes include German-made hardwood floors, modern custom kitchen cabinetry from a Canadian millwork shop, quartz countertops, clear and grey glass backsplashes, and stainless steel appliances by both Bosch and KitchenAid. Bathrooms combine travertine-like porcelain tiles and textured linen tiles. Bathroom vanity cabinetry is designed to “float” on the wall.

The Adamo is located at 1794 Lanier Place, NW in Lanier Heights, one of four historic neighborhoods within Adams Morgan.
