Washington, DC, April 18, 2017 – Urban Pace of Washington, D.C. has named widely recognized real estate marketing executive Natasha Stancill as Vice President of Business Relations, where she will build and enhance relationships with developers and partners throughout the Greater Washington, D.C. region.  Ms. Stancill joins Urban Pace from Madison Marquette, where she managed the company’s brand identity as Vice President, Corporate Marketing.

“Tasha is one of the most respected and best connected people in the region’s real estate development industry.  Her knowledge of real estate, skill in forging partnerships and experience in marketing and branding make her an invaluable addition to the Urban Pace team.  She’ll be working side by side with Clint Mann as we grow and expand our footprint locally and elsewhere,” said Matt Dewey, President of Urban Pace.

Ms. Stancill has more than 15 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, and brand management.  At Urban Pace, she will leverage that experience by providing support and advisory services to existing and future clients.

“With Tasha on board, Urban Pace’s new leadership team is now established and poised to execute on our growth plan.  We could not have put a more experienced and capable team together to ensure our future success and I cannot wait to see all of their achievements,” said Lynn Hackney, Founder of Urban Pace.

At Madison Marquette, Ms. Stancill managed the corporate brand identity for a portfolio of over 60 properties and 20 million square feet and oversaw the execution of the corporate marketing, communications and public relations strategy.

Before joining Madison Marquette, Ms. Stancill was Director of Marketing for CBRE where she led all marketing initiatives for the company’s four offices in the region (Baltimore, Bethesda, Tyson’s Corner and Washington, DC).  Prior to CBRE, Ms. Stancill was Director of Marketing for Monument Realty – where she led overall corporate brand campaigns supporting a variety of mixed-use, commercial, and residential properties and was involved in business development.

Active in the community, Stancill was President of the Real Estate Group, an elite group of up and coming commercial real estate professionals under the age of 40 including members from development, brokerage, architecture, law, finance and construction firms throughout the Washington, DC region. She has held many other leadership roles in industry organizations including serving on the Board of Directors of Commercial Real Estate Women and on the Executive Committee of the Real Estate Games, a charitable event that benefits the JDRF.  She is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
