(Washington, D.C.— April 16, 2024) Urban Pace, a Berkshire Hathaway Affiliate and the Mid-Atlantic leader in real estate development services, announces Smith Schnider Real Estate, one of the largest residential consulting, sales, marketing and research firms in the D.C., Maryland and Virginia metro areas, has joined its team. Urban Pace, the largest new home sales and marketing firm in both Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia, Pa., immediately increases its market share in the D.C. suburbs, translating into greater opportunities for clients of each firm.

Smith Schnider is led by a team of seasoned real estate development professionals, each with over 30 years of experience, who have collectively overseen the successful sale and marketing of over 50 development projects in the region.
