Residences Overlooking D.C.’s Nationals Park at eNvy Named for Best Interior Design among Washington/Baltimore Condominium Communities

(Washington, DC—October 14, 2021) The real estate advisory firm Urban Pace is delighted to announce that the condominium development “eNvy” is being honored by Delta Associates for Best Interior Design among Washington/Baltimore condominium communities. The awards that have recognized outstanding accomplishments in the multifamily industry for 25 years were presented in a virtual ceremony on Thursday, October 14, 2021.

The 127-unit condominium project developed by Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners and sold and marketed by Urban Pace is notable not only for its stunning views overlooking Nationals Park, but also for an abundance of alluring interior features.

The community also achieved a notable sales pace for 2020 and 2021, thanks in large part to an immersive virtual sales experience, where buyers can walk into their specific residence, change the view for different times of day, select the seasons, and change cabinet and flooring options to match their palette selections.  In addition, prospective buyers were able to experience eNvy’s community roof deck during a virtual ball game or concert at Nats Park.  Photos taken from the actual roof deck on 2019 Opening Day were layered into the tool to provide the most realistic experience possible.

More than 80% of the residences at “eNvy” have sold since marketing began and the project is now in its closeout phase.
