Seven|H starts construction as only new high-end for-sale residences and prime commercial space in rapid growth H Street corridor

(Washington, DC—June 5, 2018) Seven|H, home to 23 luxury residences that challenge the norms for residential development in the H Street Corridor and developed by Rock Creek Property Group and Cornerstone Development Group, began construction recently. The building will boast homes with the newest technology and stunning finishes, along with 14,000 square feet of retail and commercial space.
