Clint Mann is President of Urban Pace, which, under the Long & Foster Companies umbrella, provides marketing, sales, leasing and advisory services to real estate developers. Over his 15-year career, Clint has managed the sales and marketing of more than 120 communities in five states and the District of Columbia, encompassing a total sales value in excess of $4 billion.
From townhomes in downtown Leesburg, Virginia, to luxury waterfront condominiums in Ocean City, Maryland, Clint’s range of experience encompasses both affordable housing and the highest-end condominium community ever sold in Washington, D.C.
Clint is the Housing Committee Co-Chair for the District of Columbia Building Industry Association, is a member of the Board of Directors for the DC Building Industry’s Community Services Corporation (CSC), is on the Advisory Board for Capital Bank and is a member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors.
Clint holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Marketing from George Washington University. He is the Vice President and Development Chair of the Sitar Arts Center, an arts education center serving over 800 students a year from low-income households in the Washington, DC area.
Clint is a longtime resident of Washington, DC and lives in the Bloomingdale neighborhood with his husband Andrew and their dog Daisy.
