Urban Pace Names Jennifer Harper to Vice President of Sales


Washington, DC, February 6, 2017 – Urban Pace has promoted luxury development expert Jennifer Harper to Vice President of Sales, expanding the opportunity to bring her expertise in sales and marketing to the developers of up-market urban condominiums and townhomes. Under Long & Foster’s umbrella, Urban Pace is now able to position its high-end properties with the Christie’s International Real Estate brand and Ms. Harper is leading that charge.

Ms. Harper, whose real estate experience spans nearly two decades, has secured more than $450 million in sales since she began in 1999.  Throughout her career, she has managed all aspects of the sales process for developers that include the Ritz Carlton for Eastbanc and Elan for The Peterson Companies. She currently works with Urban Pace’s most prestigious developers.

A licensed real estate agent in Virginia and the District of Columbia, she is a member of the Million Dollar Club as well as MAME, GALA, GCAAR, and NVAR.
