Urban Pace Tapped to Market New Residential Project at Walter Reed
(Washington, DC—June 14, 2018) Urban Pace has been selected by Urban Atlantic and Hines as development consultant and intended sales agent for forthcoming residential condominium projects at the long-shuttered Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

When completed, the former medical center complex will preserve much of the 66-acre site’s historic structures and natural landscaping, while incorporating over 2,100 residential units, approximately 500 planned as condominium units, 175,000 SF of retail, 185,000 SF of office space, a 200-key hotel, and 120,000 SF of arts, creative, educational and institutional space.
