The real estate development advisory firm Urban Pace has been engaged by Tri Pointe Homes DC Metro to help market and sell Brookland Grove, the national home builder’s first entry into the District of Columbia. Models for the 60 highly anticipated new townhomes will be located at 3015 Fourth St. NE and are expected to open in January 2022.
