THE BROOKS AT HISTORIC WALTER REED REDEVELOPMENT HONORED AS BEST WASHINGTON/BALTIMORE MID-RISE CONDOMINIUM COMMUNITY

(Washington, DC—October 14, 2021) Urban Pace celebrates “The Brooks at The Parks’” selection by Delta Associates as the winning property for the 25th Annual Apartment and Condominium Industry Awards for Excellence in the category of Best Washington/Baltimore Mid-Rise Condominium Community. Located on the 66-acre site of the former and historically significant Walter Reed Army Medical Center, the one-of-a-kind luxury community was recognized as an outstanding accomplishment in the multi-family industry during a virtual ceremony on Thursday, October 14, 2021.

Urban Pace is also providing its sales and marketing expertise to the development team for Kite House, a 109-unit luxury condominium community under construction located in the project’s town center with 107,000 square feet of retail, including a Whole Foods Market.
