Caroline Gould

Caroline Gould, Vice President of Marketing, provides strategic and analytical brand oversight for all of Urban Pace’s marketing and public relations efforts at both the community and corporate levels. Additionally, Ms. Gould provides design, programming, and technology guidance.

Ms. Gould has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate across asset management, operations, design, development, and marketing. She has held positions at nationally-renowned firms such as JLL, CW Capital, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and The Bozzuto Group.

Ms. Gould received a bachelor of science degree from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and master’s degrees in Corporate Communications and Public Relations from Georgetown University and Digital Media Design from  Harvard University. Caroline has lived in every quadrant of Washington, D.C. (some twice!) since moving to the District in 2008. She is an assistant coach of the Capital Adaptive Rowing Program.
