Urban Pace Charts Year of Growth and Expansion Development Sales and Advisory Firm Inks Deals to Rep Five Large Residential Projects


(Washington, DC—April 19, 2018)  Urban Pace is charting a year of explosive growth, in which the development sales and advisory firm has been engaged to work on five large-scale urban residential projects ranging between 64 and 125 units. The developments include two projects in Washington’s dynamic NoMa district, an ultra-luxury condominium tower in Northern Virginia, a large-scale development in Shaw and the first residential facet of the 66-acre Walter Reed Army Medical Center redevelopment. To help accommodate the firm’s rapid growth, Urban Pace recently signed a new office lease in Logan Circle, more than doubling their current space.

“Since joining Urban Pace last year, my focus has been on aggressive growth and increased visibility.  In collaboration with Matt Dewey and the rest of our talented team, we expect to double our firm’s revenue by the end of 2018, while continuing to represent iconic projects with a significant impact on neighborhoods,” said Urban Pace President Clint Mann, who succeeds Urban Pace founder, Lynn Hackney.

Most recently, UIP, Kadida Development and Alliance Real Estate Development tapped Urban Pace to market a 99-unit project at 39-41 New York Avenue, NE in the nation’s capital.  The firm is also representing a second project in NoMa, a 64-unit development for J Street Companies at 1109 Congress Street, NE.
